Is there going to be a vote? Is there EVER a bote on anything with CRTM?

(This is an honest question, as I'm not a shareholder.)

I've never seen any discussion here of any proxy statement. My impression (which may be incorrect) is that CRTM shareholders long ago ceeded most control of the company to management, which apparently can produce some bylaw or another that permits them to do durn near anything without shareholder approval.

For that matter, I've never seen any discussion of an annual meeting. Do they have them?
