Trend Micro presents their report in a .pdf file, which is a format susceptible to malware infection. You can't make this stuff up. This article doesn't use the word attachment a single time. DON'T OPEN ATTACHMENTS, especially of dubious origin. WannaCrypt requires you to open an attachment for infection.
