Skip is right this thread has turned into a load of crap. If you don't believe there is a Y2K problem then sell and move on. If you don't believe in the TPRO story then sell and move on. Every tick, every news release is analyzed to death. Theories/estimates/news are put forth on this thread and then taken as gospel and TPRO is castigated for not meeting these "SI" estimates. TPRO is a small cap company that knows system integration but does not yet appear to know how to manage investor relations.

As to posting of some of the links here I have to say it is way overdone. I'm sure they are done to validate that there is a Y2K problem but I'm pretty sure that I don't want TPRO working on my pacemaker or any other medical device that may be hooked to me. That's not their area of expertise. In my opinion the credit card problem is an information systems problem and not an embedded system problem so it also validates the Y2K problem but does nothing for TPRO. For me the BMY contract validated (again) the embedded system problem.

Will TPRO gain from Y2K? I say yes. Will they profit and expand? I am betting yes. Will they do it today, this week, this month, next month? I wish I new. Will they make good use of this opportunity? I am hoping they will. Will additional contracts/news be coming? I say yes because I received an e-mail message from Mr. Liolios on 1/5/1998 where he states in part that "However, I do believe it is conceivable Topro could have several press releases in the not to distant future."I am sure that when TPRO tells Mr. Liolios to release these pieces of information it will be forthcoming. Can Mr. Liolios do this on his own, probably once, and then I'm sure there would be a new PR/IR person.

So until then sell it, trade it, hold it, but please quit arguing/compaining. If you don't like a post ignore it. If you find a link please consider if it relates to TPRO or embedded systems (that TPRO may work on) before posting it. In other words lets get back to TPRO.

stepping down of my soapbox.

regards ed
