I am compelled to respond to you, "michael". I took a quick peek at your history, as many of the one's who jump in here come from the drinker's thread or the worst thread on the SI. So I found your post to Gregor, who was your random victim on Jesus Financial. A place that the rest of us find to be a place of rest, a place of beauty, and a place of wisdom and other things God gives so freely.
Unfortunately, an attack on white Christian crime free neighborhoods is also an attack on the moral rules and laws of God that created the neighborhoods in the first place. So I don't like the attack, period. From any standpoint there are just better things to discuss with strangers, believe me.
Michael, your hatred for God, as in the Christian God, and His Son, are quite evident.
I would ask that all who read this please pray for Michael. And please feel free to pray for my inability to respond with pious comments of sweetness I do not really feel. If I truly felt pious sweetness toward you, I would respond with such words. But I don't. I know exactly why you're here. And there is little else anyone can do at this point of the game. But I will pray for you Michael. This thread has a way of bringing up names to add to the prayer lists, and that is good. All things work together for good, the scriptures say.
And as a comment here that is necessary as I seem to be the object of unending lurkers assaults, I am not a believer who sees Jesus as a stoned hippy, swaying with a goofy smile, making a "V" sign, saying, "Hey, man......I just love everybody, man....." So, whatever response you are trying to get from me, you will not get anything beyond this.
But Michael, I thank you for popping in to share your comments on both threads dealing with Jesus Christ, and you're on my prayer list. |
