Might make a good penny stock-- own your own CT town! Except it's not really its own town. It's also 64 acres, compared to, say, Old Sturbridge Village across the border in MA that is 200 acres, the latter being a place we all in CT used to go for field trips to see what life was like in NE in the late 18th century* ( osv.org ). Not sure what would attract paying customers.

* As I recall from my grade school days here in CT, but don't quote me, though I think it's common knowledge, MA used to be a vast wasteland where we in CT exiled our witches, heathens, and pagans. Rather than make them wear striped jumpsuits, we'd adorn these non patriots with bruin colored clothing and red sox.
