I agree with Joe...the old BOD is only looking after its own self interest. Recall 1996 when one very upset shareholder was creating noise just before the annual shareholders meeting in Utah. Novell quietly dispensed of him. Probably sent him to a nice resort on that expensive corporate jet at other shareholders expense. Point is that Novell BOD doesn't want any disturbance...they indeed are an ugly bunch of crooks nested in the beauty of Utah. Get rid of them and we may see Novell rejuvenate into something mighty. V.K
