Information in the Heidelberg prospectus dated 3 December 1997

"-Targeted Expansion of Technological Expertise

The Company is pursuing a strategy of further expanding its technological expertise through acquisitions and cooperative ventures with other comopanies, with such cooperative ventures to focus primarily on the area of development. One such cooperation led to the successful development of the Quickmaster DI 46-4, which includes the laser imaging technology of Presstek Inc. The Company is planning a further cooperation with the Canadian company Creo Products Inc. ("Creo") to develop and market additional products in the "computer-to-plate" area. In addition, the Company has entered into a memorandum of understanding with respect to a joint venture with Eastman Kodak for the purpose of developing "non-impact printing." See "Research and Development." The Company also plans to form a joint venture with the German software producer SAP AG for the purpose of developing and marketing intergrated software solutions for the media industry. The joint venture is expected to begin operations in mid-1998."

That's the section in its entirity. It is quite apparent that Presstek is the relationship of the past, and Kodak and Creo is the relationship of the future.
