Richard: I don't agree that Runyon's buying and selling is his business, and the SEC apparently doesn't either. Having said that, he obviously has no obligation to tell us anything he doesn't have to tell the SEC. At a minimum, we will know by January 10 how many shares he unloaded in December. As far as fairness goes, if you or I had the same stake Runyon had, we would also have to report our trades to the SEC. Seems fair to me.
