How would Kushner be in "real trouble?" Nothing he is alleged to have done is remotely illegal. What kind of "trouble" do you mean? (In fact Kushner seems like he be testifying tonight at midnight if they just asked -- no 5th Amendment, none of that crap).

Now, Flynn does have a problem clearly. But it clearly has nothing to do with the administration.
