agree, as long as you recently bought it because (as i think you've said) it's not a good store of value, but a method of transfer.

i don't think that being the reserve currency adds much, if any, value to the dollar. it can stand on its own.

i believe the crypto's problem is where its value comes from. it gets some value from its usefulness i suppose, but most of its value is from speculation. the dollar gets its value from the efficiency of labor in the US. two different types of markets.
