Hi John,

Its funny - I do not use amzn for movies or video - but I do use them for absolutely everything else.

My wife has been Prime for years.

This winter we had the Fex Ex truck stuck in our Wisconsin driveway 2 times.

On a personal note my Mom has undergone 3 surgeries in the last 4 days.

She is in critical care unit in Milwaukee and literally fighting for her life.

My days have been being down there and holding her hand - I think she sometimes knows I'm there and some times not.

She has so far survived the first day of a second major operation on her intestines and the great fear is sepsis.

She has, as of now survived a second major operation in two days and appears that her heart is taking the pressors and her kidney continues to function.

A the age of 98 she was literally given a death sentence if we didn't operate, and given a 5% chance of making it, during the two major operations spread out over two days.

She's now alive on day 3 without a temperature and her blood pressure is building without the need of pressors.

She literally has a small army of surgeons, anesthesiologist, and nurses pulling for her.

They all have no clue on her ability to survive, as they all say we never get 98 year olds in our trauma center.

Yesterday there were 3 Doctors 3 nurses and 2 ansthesiast techs prepping her before the entire enterage rolled her out to the OR.

So far our prayers and her personal strength have been rewarded - but it is so tenuous and can change on a dime.

So I'm out of contact - with a calling of the highest order.

I was charged with my Mom's power of attorney for medical decisions years ago. My Mom told me she never wanted to be on a breathing machine. I have suspended that request as it was a necessity for this last chance series of surgeries. I know my mother to be very strong and focused and I told her she needs to fight for her life on the 5% CHANCE OF SURVIVAL! - SO FAR THE LADY IS FIGHTING AND THERE NOW BEGINS TO - DARE I EVEN TYPE" HOPE OF OPTYMISM".

Off to do some chores and get back to the Hospital - Her surgeon is just nothing but the greatest of human beings!

Bob
