Lucretius, Cisco is just missing the boat on getting innovative new products to market. Duncan was pounding his chest yesterday about their 10/100 autosensing switch. Well considering Bay beat Cisco to market by 9 months, ( by the time it ship's in March ) I wouldn't be too proud of that. Maybe that means Cisco will have a layer 3 switch by September? I've spoken with a few friends at Cisco over the past couple months and they are starting to get frustrated that their development abilities are somewhat limited to doing things the proprietary Cisco way. But on the other hand, the stock takes away alot of the sting. Anyone know whatever became of Granite? GR
