California, like several other states, has a problem with drunk drivers. There's a lot of them and they cause a lot of accidents, which in turn are responsible for deaths, injuries and property damage.

California's solution? We're going to keep the bars open until 4 a.m. now, instead of closing at 2 a.m.

So now when I can't get to sleep at 3, I can get a couple of night caps. Trouble is I have to wait a couple hours until 6 when it's legal to drink again.
