I'm unclear on what the criteria are for who can emit lots of CO2. Is the rule, "If I can afford a private jet, then there are no limits?" If I'm a movie actor I'm in the club? If not, I need to get rid of that SUV and get a Prius? Seems like this climate change has a strong elitist component. Do you have a private jet?
