I share your concerns. Mgment has stated that they will "lay low", not hype and address their issues in the court and not otherwise "toot" their own horn. The Defendants would like to "kick sand" in GIFT's face and call GIFT "all hype" and give Judge Jones that impression. The frustrating part for all has been the delay since the end of 8/97 thru the present that no word on a ct. date has been forthcoming. The patent still is what it is. I still like the odds. The ct date will come. ...but when already ??? Mel
