NC needs to understand that chieffy had an exit strategy all along and it is too late in the game to call him on it. I would have some sympathy for NC's current situation if he hadn't been an active participant in the early stages of the game. Besides there are some significant inconsistencies in the picture he's now painting, below, compared with the pictures he and chieffy were painting, say, a year or more ago.

Chief, plenty of things contributed to a stagnant share price and then the drop. A number of news releases were issued and the sellers came out to snuff out any rise on each occasion. You had the Grenville council screw things up which spooked investors and more selling came of it. Mudslide Le Gris and clan further heightened investor concern which added to the price softness. The company needed to secure funds and under the climate it was under ............. financing was done at undesirable levels, nobody, not even management would dispute that the pricing was regrettable ............. but it was necessary.

If the O/S is not a concern at its current level as you have pointed out .............. then undressing Bruce Duncan as you have with the points you have argued ................ didn't help the share price or the confidence of investors who follow you.
