When a person makes an accusation about a stock, its up to the people that say its not true to prove that its not. A stock is an inanimate object and is not covered under the SI TOS
When a person makes an accusation about another person he has to offer up proof of his logic as to why he is accusing that person. Its a person to person issue that is covered under the SI TOS

The company needed to secure funds and under the climate it was under ............. financing was done at undesirable levels, nobody, not even management would dispute that the pricing was regrettable ............. but it was necessary.
