Sorry jf... no confusion between climate and weather here. You are exhibiting some confusion though. Your entrepreneur model has zip to do with the accord. The US is the leading country as Mr Market is functioning just beautifully without the gov pillaging our pockets and divvying the money out to their buds all over the globe. The answer to your money question is right here as posted earlier : As far as the prediction biz... I will call bs. The climate accord is all about theft. Why didn't Obama take it to the Congress instead of hiding it a locked room so we could not review it ?
