SOX Index now only ~8% off of its 52 week low, while most indices are near all time highs. The semis were 191(i BELIEVE) OF 197 sectors last week. Last time the sector was that weak was the summer of'96. This index is due for a run. Only question remains is when. We need a change in SENTIMENT. BK
