That looks amazing!!! I will try that. I recreated bread and tomatoes today- bought large heirloom tomatoes- toasted a baguette, cut in 1/2, rubbed lightly toasted baguette with cut garlic- rub all over bread, then cut tomato and rub on bread, then drizzle with a little high quality olive oil and sprinkle with salt... Also, potatoes bravas- can be made with Trader Joes roasted potatoes with red peppers and onions, bake until crispy- then top with dots of aioli mustard and bruschetta from Trader Joes. It's fabulous- and super easy.
