When LU purchased Prominet part of the reason was M. Abraham the guy who runs it. The plan was for LU to become number 2 or 3 in Ethernet business, however this is hard to do when you sell so much BAY product. Abraham has the task of making the moves to make them # 2 or 3, How ? CS looks cheap and would go a long way toward the goal.

Or maybe not.
