I have employees that work their 40 hours, and go home.

If they stayed a few hours longer do you pay overtime ? Do you give them a piece of the business, a share of the net? Is it going to change their life? Is it going to change their kids life when they go from being away most of the day to being away all the day? Would you hit them with a non-compete lawsuit if they started a business that is the same as yours?
