" Do you give them a piece of the business, a share of the net? "

Did you give the guy that cut the grass, or the plumber that fixed the plumbing, or the exterminator that killed the termites, or the guy that emptied your trash, "a cut" when you sold that crappy house in Austin for "Half a Mil"?

Oh! Let me guess... "THAT'S DIFFERENT"?

" Is it going to change their life? Is it going to change their kids life when they go from being away most of the day to being away all the day?"

Like I have said. That is their choice that they make in life. They make their choices like my old roommate made his choices.

But, lets all understand that your choices have consequences later. The result is usually income inequality.

So they want their "cake" and to eat it too. They want to go home and spend the time with their family after working their 7 hours / 5 days a week, but they want still want to achieve the financial freedom as though they worked 14 hours a day / 7 days a week..

Then when they see financial freedom that people that actually do work 14 hours a day 7 days a week achieve. They complain that the system is stacked against them, and that the "evil 1%'ers are stealing FROM THEM what they believe is rightfully theirs, without actually extending any effort to achieve it.

"Would you hit them with a non-compete lawsuit if they started a business that is the same as yours? "

No one is bound by a "non-compete". They all lack the financial capability of duplicating it.

Hence, another opportunity lost. It isn't luck they are lacking.. It is the financial ability to take advantage of it. Which brings us back around to choices and consequences.

And so it goes,
