No he won't because you appear to not know the difference between a "request" and a question. I suggest you consult a dictionary.

I bet that jiggy wouldn't answer the following direct questions if they were posted on chieffy's "free" board, "What does the 1 month, 1 year, and 3 year chart for CCB look like?" and "What trend do you see from those charts?" I further bet that he won't get banned for not answering the questions.
