Means that as of cut-off date more than 1/2 subjects still receive treatment and they did not progress, so PFS should be better than historical (but, historical may not mean much). Anyway, many thinks (and I too) that their P2 will be sufficient for BLA.

On a today court note, seams that Sanofi do not care much.
