Re CBI - there s a reason why stock is down: investorvillage.com More and more red flags, the unapproved change orders for more than $500M, the "beautified" balance sheet at the end of the quarter, by timing cash payments and draws apparently; erratic cash flows and a history of one off charges. These are classic hallmarks of a company cooking the books, imo.
