Also this more or less confirms that the MM's have no inventory and that everyone must continue to demand all there RMIL shares in name form.

Riley, this is exactly the kind of posting from you that I've got such a problem with. You're stating your conjecture as fact, and not even considering the possibility that the reason the MMs are not quoting has to do with the SEC warning to them.

Occam's Razor could very well apply here.
