No Its not, so need to promo is past. It should have been done since Sept/Oct last year and the application would just be molded into the existing promo. ie Celtiq results, update from X-Energy if available. etc. Attending Nuclear conferences with new developments highlighted. etc etc. Just for your own info CPTAQ does not rezone. What we are waiting for is the "Release" of our land from the designation "AG Res" MERN Rezones. MERN will take the AG Res Release and Rezone Industrial/Mining assuming the permit is forthcoming.
