Only for the weak minded IMHO Those that are influenced by forums are the same people that are influenced by cab drivers giving them a hot tip. They connect shareprice to progress or success. So if price is low, something must be wrong. These are the followers, who do not do DD, they follow for a living. So at the point of Yes/No on a permit, they tend to choose No because bad news is easier to deciminate/speculate/ponder or make up, then good news. So this is the time that Companies should be in Over promotion to offset that assumed negative info. If you had asked me what the low would be during the orphan phase and on the CUSP of Yes/No I would have said .245 because below that reflects a broken chart. What broke the chart was the 23cPP and the ensuing group of people that do not understand why they are in the stock any longer. Here is where Stock Forums can influence IMHO and now I am expressing opinion not Market analysis If Mommentum is good, Forums can influence because people migrate to a stock that is moving for instant returns. So those saying $3.00 on a $1.00 stock forum are given credibility and support because MOMO is there. The same occurs when you are a $3.00 stock and falling and people are calling for $1.00 and can use substantive logic to support that call. Those that were in the stock (30%) now question why? Other than that, I do not believe forums like this one influence anyone that is an "investor" it does influence the schizophrenic for sure. But those people are not the problem at anytime if the company is able to articulate continually the Target, how they are focused on the Target and how they fit the Niche.
