Chief, if you were an IR strategist for CCB ............ going by the list you provided, let's use Celtig and X-Energy as the examples, knowing that the company is in the permitting and feasibility proofing stage concurrent with talks with financiers ........... and the company already having done the early initiating promote of the graphene potential with Celtig and the Nuclear potential with X-Energy ............ would you consider it more or less advantageous to update the investors/market on those thing before or after this current period of permitting/feasibilty proofing/financing talks?

When do you think the needle would move greater and more dramatically, before or after?

When do you think it would sustain a move in the needle, before or after?

Is a short term exit spike for the disillusioned a reasonable way for management to approach promotion or would a measured approach for largest and sustained value for investors be the guiding principle?
