Chief, do you think a good form of promotion is to present timelines such as in a Gantt chart or can they in themselves present a negative when investor take them literal and don't realize that they are projections based on available information at the time without the ability to account for circumstances that could alter the projections?

I could use what you write as an example. Earlier you wrote your projections on CPTAQ timing and it appeared as if you had reason to be able to put rather firm timelines in place. Investors who follow you take your projection literally ............ so what happens if you're off, does this then reflect on the company or is it on you for making that projection?

Do you further exasperate the mood of the 30% through a missed projection of yours and/or do they assign blame to the company for not conforming to your projection on something that is in the hands of government entities?
