Thanks. I saw the November sales after asking you for a post...found them at the Insider Trader site. The Company spokes person says they have a policy of closing the window for insider sales in the last month of the quarter through the third day following reporting of earnings...my interpretation...no sales for Q4 CY from 12/1/97 through 1/17/98...as the 17th is a Saturday, sales can resume on 1/19/98 through 2/27/98, inclusive...if I understand correctly. 12/26/97 Form 144 Sales...1,000 shares @$24.13...code N...may not be an insider if the policy holds true... insidertrader.com 11/97 Form 144 Sales...113,845 shares @ $25.68...6 Insiders reporting. insidertrader.com 11/97 Form 4 Sales...50,192 Shares @ $30.37...1 reporting. insidertrader.com 10/97 Form 144 Sales...30,192 shares @ $30.38...1 reporting. insidertrader.com No Form 4 Sales indicated for 10/97. insidertrader.com Insider Sales for 10 & 11/97 tallies to 194,229 shares. Not knowing how this squares with current and prior historical data, I'm unable to make a guess at what the sales portend...if the shares are a part of their compensation packages, it's not difficult to understand why there are sales...after all, doesn't everyone need a little pork-chop money? An uneducated opinion for what it is worth, the numbers on the face of it all does not appear to be to great...about a quarter of a current day's volume...
