What is the complaint? I heard a couple minutes of Trump's speech and seemed to be on the right track.

Government bureaucracy is a tremendous problem on all large projects (the NYT article said not on 95% of projects, but they're counting small ones; if you look at large projects I'd guess almost all hit regulatory problems of some kind).

Seems to me to be a sensible thing to try to deal with. We've all heard of having reroute major projects because some damned frog got in the way. People have to have a little bit of perspective.
