Right,

Need to flip a coin if I want to move to Win7 and run with that until EOL or move to Linux now. I dont need Windows and Pcanywhere for work now...

I assume upgrading my Vista Business to Win7 and not disturbing anything I have is a possibility? An "in-place" upgrade? I did a few searches and it is a legitimate upgrade path back then anyway....

A Win7 upgrade (keeping existing programs and data) of my existing system allowing me to continue for a couple of more years is a good option, better than another Win7 box and move what I have.

Help Josh lol

I am running Vista Business 32 bit on a 64 bit CPU. I read somewhere you can't upgrade to Win7-64, has to be a clean install.
