I think they do have good technology: they won an "editors choice" award, and they are selling software to Ascend (and others). I think it's hard to develop sales channels in the network business. There are many established vendors already. The stock seems to be undervalued, but they might have to sell the company to get the value
out. In the long term, in the business they're in, you'd think that would be the way to go anyway. If someone just paid off the balance sheet and what the technology is worth, I would think a reasonable
price would be at least double what it is selling for. But, maybe the Dragon will be a hit. It's an interesting product. Anyway, in my
opinion management has done an excellent job of redirecting the
company into remote access.
