Upgrading to W10 Creators Update (1703)

<< Eric do you know the build you updated from and the build now after update? >>

Build the same before and after the failed update attempt which reverted to prior rev and state.

<< Also what model computer are you using? >>

Using a Dell Inspiron 3847 with Legacy BIOS enabled and Secure boot disabled. The Quad-Core i5 CPU is only 4th gen Haswell (3.20 gigahertz Intel Core i5-4460).

Before I attempted the installs I did not disable my Norton Security AV/Malware suite, or disconnect USB devices or disconnect Internet Sercice. What I plan to do now is wait for a new WSUS Offline Update that includes v1703 (latest download is dated March 19th) and use it to install the latest package files.
