Apparently you missed the FBN posts last year about a 5 company mega-merger. I spent weeks trying to work out a merger with other Y2K firms. Actually, it was a hostile takeover, but I didn't let the other firms hear those exact words.

I finally got 3 of the 5 firms to agree when a mega-bucks entrepreneur came along and upped the ante for the other 2 companies. Ruined the whole plan. The entire deal fell apart.

As a result, those Y2K firms that were the targets of the takeover ... uh ... merger ... are now trading at less than half of what they were then.

Major bummer, dude.
