For my main drive E: 4TB I clone it once a month on the exact drive and then store away for safety

For my Drive C: which is 512G SSD I backup to standard drives once every 2 weeks. I use 3 drives for that back-ups. All dated.

Again Drive corruption vs failures has been the much bigger problem for me, most often user stupidity.
