2017-06-12 @ 243-pounds . . . let's face it, I've been plain old enjoying myself a little too much!
My parents were visiting this week from Florida, so went a little overboard eating out.
But at least I've stayed the same weight!
This next week I will get back to my normal way of eating.
Hoping to see a pound or three lost this next week.
