Yes, unproven. And even if it was a russian was he/she sponsored by the state or some private geek.

Even then...big deal. hACKERS ABOUND. NSA has more hackers than the law allows. (figure of speech).
As for the swamp. Who needs hackers when you have leakers like Comey et al.

Even John MacAfee said if you don't want to be hacked, throw your smartphne in the garbage. Or take a hammer to it like you know whos Aides.
