Combination of timing and smarts sure makes it easy. Baffles me how so many want to complicate RE too much. Starting to get properties ready so will finally sell some stuff this summer. Then going back to foreclosure type quick flips rest of this cycle Hope to be completely out of the long term holds in 3-4 more years.. You still holding shorter duration paper?
