I manage a small resort on Maui and we own 3 Galore BBQ's. Definitely a fine product, stainless steel case, solid brass burners, cast iron grills with porcelain coatings. A good product, with LOTS of positive comments from our guests, who I assume have seen a lot of BBQ's in their travels. These things are definitely better than Weber BBQ's. I have noticed however, that if left on too long, (like several hours straight) the brass burners will begin to sag, as in melt, and need to be replaced. As far as the stock goes, well, I haven't done my homework yet, but I can assure you I will, and have bookmarked this thread for future reference. A good product is only one piece of the puzzle, good management is another. I can say this abouts Aussies in general, they are aggressive and very competitive. (Learned from years of surfing with them) I'll be watching BBQ's Galore and rounding up some figures.

Aloha, Mike
