Musya, - It looks like PlazaCorp, who provided some interim financing to BNGO for the Pfd Stk we issued last year, is cashing in their chips, along with a host of other sellers. I think that PlazaCorp was a foreign investor, and thus the SEC "foreign investor" form. I also see the Harrison's are lightening up, and that would make sense for them. Notice that they still will own ~ 11.7% after their sale of 150,000 shares.

Should eventually increase the public float even more, and I don't think it can help the price of the stock over the ST.
