Add/Remove Uninstalling Applications ...

I personally have never used Microsoft's 'add.remove' (now 'uninstall) in any version of Windows because it simply runs an Uninstaller provided by the application developer and often leaves considerable debris behind in the registry but that is another story. [I run both Revo Uninstaller Pro and a paid-licensed version of IoBit's Uninstaller both of which provide a forced uninstall capability.] As Josh pointed out the free versions of both are very good. Until last August Revo Free would not identify and uninstall 64-bit programs but it now does. Revo's advanced scan in Pro is a bit more aggressive than IoBit's so some caution is necessary when using it.

You ran an .exe file contained in a zip file. Did it actually install the program or did it just run the program (a portable app)? If it installed the program right click on the icon it installed or find it in the start menu and look at properties for where it is installed.

Edit: I see you deleted the folder containg the .exe. I think you are home free.

You are running Win7 but some individuals get confused about how to uninstall from Win10. The uninstall functionality is still there but here is a good tutorial for Win10 uninstall:
