So your claim turbines could be rebuilt essentially forever wasn't accurate. When those 23 yo turbines were built I'll bet they were state of the art.

If those 23 yo turbines aren't worth being rebuilt, how do you know today's state of the art turbines and solar panels won't be worth rebuilding 23 years in the future?
