I have an IBM Q... I noticed that there was a halt and news, somthing about a board member taking medical leave, is that the reason for the 2+ move down?

You know I hardly mind it tracing down to our get in levels, but I was curious as to why? or is it just market sentiment right now?

INTC will be the horse for the next few weeks, if it exceeds expectations, we will run, if not we will fall.. any guesses anyone???
