Nasdaq especially Amazon's bloated market valuation could become an issue. It's unlikely Amazon's Bezos liberal rag Washington Post will help avoid antitrust with republicans having the majority. Amazon used a bloated market valuation to obtain low financing cost to build distribution centers. Eventually, bricks and mortar retailers, who don't have a bloated market valuation and resulting low financing cost, will be put under pressure. Amazon may to able to buy retailers on the cheap after causing it. This is an obvious antitrust issue.

It's bad enough U.S. retail is over-stored.
