Trump apologists who say the Pres can obstruct justice are acknowledging they know he did it. Skipping quickly past the denial stage.

You realize they'd be willing to say he could take bribes and commit treason too if there were evidence of that.

I can hear it now ... it's not treason if the President does it ... it's policy. Since the Pres can makes foreign policy, he can't commit treason and call it his policy.

Will these claims be coming eventually?

How about these?

The President can remove the gold from Ft Knox and have the US mint make Trump Coins and ship them to Donald's private vaults.
The President is allowed to murder people on Fifth Avenue or anywhere else.

The Constitution allows the President to shoot people at will or loot the national treasury since it doesn't say he can't. These things are just a part of his duties - the Treasury Department, FBI, US Marshalls, Dept of Homeland Security all work for him. He can order them to do anything. Obstruction of justice is just for starters.
