Michael, would you please explain to angel that ConSyGen didn't file for NASDAQ once before and get turned down. From what I remember CSGI was going to raise funds to meet the requirements for NASDAQ, but those funds were not able to be raised at that time and ConSyGen waited to file this year after they were able to do the private placement for $5.1 million. (which made them able to meet the requirements) ConSyGen was never turned down by NASDAQ because they didn't file until after they raised the $5.1 million.
