CORPORATE UPDATE 2017 1. The Company continues to seek funding in order to implement it's proprietary green gold technology in various global business enterprises. 2. Ongoing discussions are being conducted with American, Chinese, English and South American entities to potentially fund processing plants in a number of locations. 3. Discussions have begun with a company interested in acquiring the rights to our gold technology. 4. Because of the recent resurgence of interest in the abatement of mercury usage by artisanal miners and the ratification of the Minamata Convention which goes into effect on August 16, 2017, the Company has been contacted by various governmental entities on the specifics of the STAMP program and its possible implementation. 5. The Company continues to be funded primarily by Aladdin's CEO.
